65. Lichtenstein expo, Tate Modern

Lichtenstein: A retrospective @theTateModern.
I think everyone has heard of the famous 'pop style' artist Lichtenstein, well i certainly had. I never knew how good this crazy brush stroker, dot creating Lichtenstein was.
The exhibition shows works from his early days all the way through to his later works, some which had been never exposed before, some which were from private collections. It displayed how his artistic styles  had changed over the years but also how he translated these styles and developed them for his later works which was a real eye opener.
The reasons behind every piece was visible in the art and was fascinating to see. Such talent to be able to create these pieces in such perfection in the largest of scales you could imagine.
I definitely didn't expect to see such masterpieces and I would highly recommend anyone to go take a look.
Lichtenstein: A retrospective finishes at the Tate Modern on 27th May 2013.

63. The Two Muses- Studio Project.

This project was part of my university module. Here I introduce Yona y Ana as the two muses in my project and I have followed their every move to make sure I get the best imagery I can. These images are going to be featured in my magazine which is being put together now, along side an article showing the story between and about these 2 muses. I shot these images with my Nikon FE2 film camera with colour Kodak Ekta 100 film. My first time shooting with colour, the light on some of these images were perfect and even though they show a few shadows across the face I think they make the image even stronger. Hope you like. 62. Oooh Virginia.

OOoooohh Charlottesville, Virginia. These images were created using the ilford HP5 400 iso film.
The images are a record of my time in this university town.. home of UVA. The bus being a big part of the university and the community here in Charlottesville.
I hope you like the pictures, they display a lot of emotion and thought but also show the vibrancy and fun of this small university town.

61. Washington D.C. in Black & White.

Using my brand spanking new film camera - The Nikon FE2!
I wanted to capture everything I saw, some of these photos being complete accidents which actually made them some of the best photos that I made. Using an ilford hp5 film with an iso of 400. I think these images captured Washington D.C. very well and I hope you like them too.
